Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. This is a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining the reputation of our hotel.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens and make beds
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to health regulations

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly

- Follow lost and found procedures to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in a hotel setting
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff members
